Owning a restaurant was a career change for me. It took only three months of trying to buy a restaurant before I realized that this was not something I should do without guidance. I decided then that if I was to be successful I would need to build a strong team. One call to the Maryland Restaurant Association provided a referral to Capitol Hospitality Solutions (CHS) and we have not looked back.
